Warranty, Shipping, Returns

Warranty

Summit to Sea stands behind the quality and reliability of its chambers.

All Summit to Sea chambers and accessories are covered by a two-year warranty from the delivery date, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes parts and labor required to repair the system. At its sole discretion, Summit to Sea will repair or replace any item covered under warranty.

The warranty covers all components of the chamber, including:

• Zippers
• Windows
• Seams
• Valves
• Hoses
• All other original Summit to Sea components

Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered under the warranty. Shipping costs to and from Summit to Sea for warranty service are the customer’s responsibility.

Extended warranty plans are available for purchase at any time within the initial two-year warranty period. These extended plans continue to cover all chamber components, including zippers, windows, seams, valves, hoses, and other Summit to Sea parts.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Once payment has been successfully processed, tracking information is typically issued within 1–2 business days. From the time of shipment, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
